Addiction Recovery Pro Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to AddictionRecoveryPro.com and the Addiction Recovery Pro Treatment & Recovery Line.
Effective Date: October 7, 2026
These pages explain Addiction Recovery Pro's published terms or privacy practices. They are not individualized legal advice.
1. Information We Collect
Treatment and recovery resource searches are self-guided. The website does not ask people seeking treatment to create an account, provide their name or phone number, or submit a treatment request or clinical history to view public directory listings. Search terms such as a state, city, or facility name may be processed to return results. An approximate market may also be suggested using general network location information.
If you choose to use an account or business feature, we may collect the information you submit for that feature, such as your name, email address, company, account role, and login credentials. Workforce training features may process course assignments, progress, quiz responses, and certificate details.
A facility-partnership application may collect a facility name, contact name, business email address and phone number, website, city and state, description, selected service areas, and package selection.
When you request a text through the telephone system and affirmatively opt in, the phone number used, the requested resource, and SMS consent and delivery details may be processed to provide and administer that message.
When you visit the website, our systems and service providers may process standard technical and usage information, such as browser and device information, pages requested, and network information. Network information may be used to suggest an approximate market, not to determine your exact location. If analytics are enabled, limited interaction events—such as page or sponsorship-package selections—may also be processed.
2. How We Use Information
- provide public treatment and recovery resources you request;
- respond to business, account, and privacy inquiries;
- provide customer-care communications and requested SMS information;
- operate, maintain, and improve AddictionRecoveryPro.com and its account features;
- maintain security and prevent misuse;
- administer facility-partner and other business relationships; and
- comply with applicable legal requirements.
3. SMS and Mobile Information
Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and text-message consent records are used only to provide communications you request or consent to receive. Messages are customer-care and informational, not recurring promotional marketing.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or exchanged for third-party marketing. This restriction applies even if other categories of information may be shared with service providers for legitimate operational purposes.
4. Service Providers
We use service providers only as needed to operate the website and requested services. Replit provides website hosting and application infrastructure. Stripe processes payment checkout for facility-partnership applications; when you continue to Stripe checkout, Stripe receives the information needed to set up that transaction and processes payment details under its own privacy terms.
Telephone and SMS providers involved in operating the Treatment & Recovery Line may process telephone numbers, requested messages, and consent or delivery records to provide those communications. Service providers may process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations. SMS opt-in consent may not be transferred or used by these providers for their own marketing.
5. Treatment-Facility and Resource Information
A request to search for treatment or recovery resources does not automatically authorize Addiction Recovery Pro to share your mobile number or SMS consent with treatment facilities or other third parties. A directory search does not itself send your personal contact information to a listed facility. Any separate disclosure or referral requiring personal information should occur only after appropriate permission has been obtained.
6. Data Security
Addiction Recovery Pro uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data Retention
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, compliance, customer-service, and recordkeeping purposes. Retention periods may differ depending on the information and the reason it was collected.
8. User Choices
Stop SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. For a privacy question or request concerning account or business information, email addictionrecoverypro@gmail.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
9. Children
SMS messaging and services requiring consent are intended for people age 18 or older. General educational content on AddictionRecoveryPro.com may be viewed by people of any age. Minors should involve a parent, guardian, or trusted adult when seeking treatment assistance or providing personal information.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Addiction Recovery Pro may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
